what forms of payment do we accept?

At this time, all purchases are processed by PayPal.

A PayPal account is not required for purchases; credit and debit cards will be securely processed by PayPal.

What is our return and Exchange policy?

In case of defect, return any of our products within 30 days of the original date of purchase for an equivalent exchange or full refund.

Returns based on anything other than a defective product (i.e., buyer’s remorse) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns of this nature must be completed within 14 days of the original date of purchase.

what is our shipping policy?

At this time, standard shipping to all 50 United States will be via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be included, and all orders will be insured for the full cost of the item. All orders with a total of over $750 will include signature confirmation.

Overseas purchases will ship via FedEx International Economy, and will include a tracking number, signature confirmation, and insurance.

In every case, you will be able to purchase an optional shipping upgrade, should your purchase be time-sensitive.

I purchased an item. When will it ship?

All orders ship within two business days of receiving cleared payment.

All orders which purchase optional upgraded shipping (i.e. FedEx Priority Overnight or any other time-sensitive service) must be completed before 11:00 AM EST for same-day drop off.
